Izidingo ezibalulekile zokutshala ulethisi i-HVAC:

3. Ucezu olulodwa lwe-PLC yesilawuli sokushisa nomswakama esingaguquki

Ukungena komoya okwanele kubaluleke kakhulu ekukhuleni kwesitshalo okufanelekile, ikakhulukazi esimweni samazinga okushisa aphezulu angaphandle kanye nemisebe yelanga.Ukushisa kufanele kususwe njalo ku-greenhouse.Qhathanisa nokungena komoya kwemvelo, i-AHU enokulawula kwe-PLC ingathola ngokunembile izimo zezulu ezidingekayo;ingaqhubeka nokunciphisa izinga lokushisa, ikakhulukazi ngaphansi kwamazinga okushisa aphezulu noma amazinga aphezulu emisebe.Ngomthamo ophezulu wokupholisa ungagcina i-greenhouse ivaliwe ngokuphelele, ngisho namazinga aphezulu emisebe.I-AHU ingase futhi inikeze isisombululo sokususa umswakama esonga amandla ukuze kugwenywe ukuminyana emini futhi ikakhulukazi amahora ambalwa ngemva kokushona kwelanga.

2. I-HVAC Design: Isixazululo sokulawula i-CO2 yangaphakathi

Ukunothiswa kwe-CO2 kubalulekile ukukhulisa ikhwalithi yomkhiqizo.Uma kungekho zimpahla zokwenziwa, izindawo zokugcina izithombo kufanele zifakwe umoya phakathi nengxenye enkulu yosuku kwenza kube kungenamali ukugcina ukuhlushwa okuphezulu kwe-CO2.Ukugcwala kwe-CO2 ngaphakathi kwendawo ebamba ukushisa kufanele kube ngaphansi kunangaphandle ukuze kutholakale ukugeleza kwangaphakathi.Kusho ukuhwebelana phakathi kokuqinisekisa ukungena kwe-CO2 nokugcina izinga lokushisa elanele ngaphakathi kwendawo ebamba ukushisa, ikakhulukazi phakathi nezinsuku libalele.

I-ventilator yokubuyisela amandla enenzwa ye-CO2 ihlinzeka ngesisombululo esiphelele sokucebisa i-CO2.Inzwa ye-CO2 yesikhathi sangempela iqapha ileveli yokuhlushwa yasendlini futhi ulungise ngokunembile ukukhishwa nokunikezela ngokugeleza komoya ukuze kuzuzwe ukunothisa kwe-CO2.

3. Ukunisela

Siphakamisa ukuthi usebenzise i-water chiller eyodwa kanye ne-thermal insulation water tank.Umthamo wokupholisa we-water chiller: 20KW (amanzi aphumayo abandayo angu-20℃@ambient engu-32℃)
